Lower Floor

The lower floor is at lake level, and features three bedrooms: One master, one twin, and one bunk. Equipped with two bunk beds, each including a trundle, the bunk room can accommodate up to four adults and two children.

The main downstairs salon features a wooden bar with four matching stools and generous seating for use when coming in from the lake. Also included is an additional refrigerator, as well as direct access to a covered porch with bench swing and outdoor shower. The downstairs living area sports a television, a game table, a comfortable seating area, and a view of the lake through its large windows.

The lower floor also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and dual dryers, providing ample accommodation for the sure to be lake drenched towels.
