Located on the east side of Lake Glenville, just 4.8 miles from the cross roads in Cashiers, this home has been renovated, under the renowned architectural guidance and plans of Atlanta architect, Jack Davis. Everything is just like new, while still firmly holding onto that old home charm. The house provides spacious and comfortable accommodations for up to twelve guests; in two master suites with king sized beds and private baths, one bedroom with twin beds, and a bunk room that can accommodate four adults or six children (trundle beds for children).

The property also includes a new boat dock to sit and enjoy the sun, with mounts for mooring boats. The house is just a few footsteps across gentle terrain to the accommodating parking, and is just a few minutes from town. A stereo system is wired throughout the house, featuring an individual control for each of the upper floor's rooms. Additionally, complete satellite television service is individually connected to three televisions.

Central air and heating with upstairs and downstairs controls causes air to flow smoothly through the entire house, allowing guests to remain perfectly comfortable while indoors. Each new premium mattress has been blanketed by 400 thread count cotton sheets, and bath towels are provided in every bathroom. It is suggested that guests bring their own beach towels for drying off after a dip in the lake. Each bedroom also features at least one window with a clear view of the lake, and the master suites include an I-Home I-Pod dock clock radio.
