Payment Policy
One half (½) of the total rental and an executed contract is due to reserve the property. This payment is refundable with prior cancellation up to 90 days prior to the date of occupancy.
Taxes of 9.75% will be added to all charges. We accept Checks and PayPal. The balance and a $500.00 Security Deposit are due 30 days prior to the occupancy date. The Security Deposit will be returned within 30 days after the occupancy after a satisfactory inspection of the property.
